Il Leader è un capo di stato eleggibile. Il suo titolo e le sue funzioni possono variare a seconda della forma di governo.
Nella repubblica parlamentare non c'è un leader.
Nella repubblica presidenziale e nel sistema a partito dominante, i leader sono eletti ogni 5 giorni.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
