Index – an indicator of well-being and development of the region.

Indexes on region page

Types of indexes

In Rival Regions there are 4 type of indexes:

Health index - depends on Hospital level in this region and affects Energy recovery.

Military index - affects the damage in the war. Depends on the level of Military base.

Education index - affects the speed of learning new perks. Depends on the level of School.

Development index - affects the wage of leaders, ministers and governors. Determines if a Coup can be started in this region.

Gold wages

Every region with Development index 10, 9, 8, 7 or 6 increases Leader wage by 8 G, by 2 G for ministers and by 12 G for Governors.

Every region with Development index 5, 4, or 3 increases Leader wage by 4 G, 1 G for ministers and 6 G for Governors.

Every region with Development index 2 or 1 increases Leader wage by 2 G, has no effect on ministers wage and increases Governor wage by 3 G.

Coups

Coups can be started in regions with Development index 2 or 1

Index allocation

Indexes from 1 to 10 are allocated to other regions: 10% of the regions get 10 Index, 10% receive 9, etc: the higher the place of the region is in the particular building rating the higher the index will be given.

Index 11

There is an additional index 11, this Index is only given to 6 top regions in the game (by the sum of all buildings in the region, except for Housing fund), 5 for Earth location and one for Moon location.

Sea port and Missile system

When calculating region rating the top level of Sea port and Missile system will be taken. If your region is an island and you have no desire to build Missile system building (no Air war can be started in your region) you can build Sea port instead of it.
