El líder es un jefe del estado. Su título y función pueden ser diferentes, dependiendo de forma del gobierno.
En las repúblicas parlamentarios no tienes la figura del un líder, todo lo poder se centra en las manos del parlamento.
In presidential republic, and in dominant-party system, leaders are elected every 5 days.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
