'''Top Region''' - is the region which come first in ranking. To come first in ranking, a city must have more building than all other cities.

If a region is at top, it gives some advantages to players who have the residency of that city.

* If we assume, all the players will want to get the residency of the top city, the damage you hit from that city will be higher than any city because all the players will be building military academies there,

The top 1 region is the region that's placed on rank 1. The ranking is defined by the buildings' value (except house funds) in the specific region.

Additionally, only missile systems OR seaports are taken into account - depending on which of them was built more.

The top 1 region is the only region in the game with Education and military indices of 11. Therefore you have the following advantages:

  • reduced perks upgrade time (see "Learning time" on Perks)
  • every player hitting from that region deals more damage due to the increased military index (also see Damage formula)
