You can only start revlution in the region once every 5 days. Revolution price - 75 G for each of the 3 participants that are needed to start it. You can start revolution in Wars tab. In case of a successfull revolution all 3 of the participants will get a [[Medals|medal]]. To take part in revolutions on any side you shold be located in the region of revolution, [[Military agreement|military agreements]] don't work here.
