State market allows state leaders to buy resources for their state budget Governors can use state market to buy resources for their autonomy budget. When buying resources leaders and governors spend budget money.
You can navigate to state market from Storage tab.
If you want to place an offer on the state market you should pass the specific law in parliament. All unsold resources will return to the state after 7 days. Minister of economics/advisor of the state can remove offers from the market at any time.
