Liderul este un conducător ales al unui stat. Titlul său și rolurile pot fi diferite, depinzând tipul de formă de guvernare.
În republica parlamentară nu există lider.
În republica prezidențială, și în sistemulpartid dominant, liderii sunt aleși odată la cinci zile.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
Oneparty system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
