Leader is an electable head of state. Its title and functions can be different, depending on state government form.
En république parlementaire, il n'y a pas de chef d'état.
In presidential republic, and in dominant-party system, leaders are elected every 5 days.
In these cases Leader functions are:
- Assigning Ministers.
- Issuing residencies.
- Setting the state color on the Map.
- Setting the hymn.
- Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.
In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.
One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
