Leader is an electable head of state. Its title and functions can be different, depending on state government form.

In parliamentary republic there is no leader.

In presidential republic, and in dominant-party system, leaders are elected every 5 days.

In these cases Leader functions are:

  • Assigning Ministers.
  • Issuing residencies.
  • Setting the state color on the Map.
  • Setting the hymn.
  • Setting orders to the state citizens and to all the new players.

In case of dictatorship there is no Leader elections and his title changes to the Dictator.

One-party system is very similar to the dictatorship, dictator functions are the same.
