Every State in the game has a number of institutes that grant different bonuses. Every player can work in any institute and add to the bonus.

You can see the priority development direction on the State page. Click on its value to work in the institutes.

To work in state institutes you must:

  • Have level 60 or more.
  • Have Education perk 100 or more.
  • Be located in the region of the state your want to work for
  • You can only work once a day, just like you can build Military Academy only once a day.

Your goal is to select development directions you wish your state to advance in and click Work. Here you can also see the current bonuses and navigate to the list of players who worked in each institute. You can also navigate to the institute rating by clickink on the bonus value.

Just like with Military Academy only contributions made in the last 31 days count.

To get maximum bonus in any development direction your State Institute must be number 1 in the corresponding rating. For example: one of your State Institutes has 200 points and this is the best value in this direction. As a result your State will get maximum bonus in this area. Another State's Institute in the same area has 100 points: this State will get half of the maximum bonus.
