Every region with Development index 10, 9, 8, 7 or 6 increases Leader wage by 8 G, by 2 G for ministers and by 12 G for Governors.

Every region with Development index 2 or 1 increases Leader wage by 2 G, has no effect on ministers wage and increases Governor wage by 3 G.

Има допълнителен индекс 11, който е за здравеопазване, Отбрана и Образование. Този индекс се дава само на 6-те топ региони в играта (сумата на всички сгради в региона, с изключение на Жилищния фонд), 5 за място на Земята и 1 за местоположение на Луната.

When calculating region rating the top level of Sea port and Missile system will be taken. If your region is an island and you have no desire to build Missile system building (no Air war can be started in your region) you can build Sea port instead of it.
