''Novice Island'' - an island which aims to bring all the players, who does not have any activity for a long time, together in Rival Regions.

You cannot declare a land or a sea war against the island and you cannot go to the island with any manual action. All the player transfers to island will be automatically.

== Why players go to the island? ==
Player accounts go to Novice Island for some reasons.
# If an account gets banned,
# If an account does not have an activity for a long time,
the account goes to Novice Island.
